iCollect - A brand new Collect - Repair - Drop Off repair service in Liverpool

Starting the 1st April 2015 we are offering all customers a brand new collection service called iCollect in Liverpool. This is a great service for customers who cant get to us, or who work and still need a repair (as we collect from any address, work or home).
For ONLY £10 extra we will collect, repair and drop back off your repaired item to any address in Liverpool. This service is for all of our repairs, such as iPhones, iPads, Xbox's, Playstation's, Laptops, Desktop PC's, Phones and all Tablets.
All items will be repaired the same day (if repair may take longer due to replacement parts we will contact you to advise).

My screen broke, I tried fixing it by replacing the screen and digitalizer, but it worked for about 2 hours then went really hot and turned off. wouldnt come back on. Can this be fixed or is it RIP phone, its a iPhone 5s btw.
